Welcome to RB Sound House & Art Collective ("RB Sound House," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, booking services, purchasing products, or attending events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
RB Sound House provides services including but not limited to:
  • Recording studio rentals
  • Mixing and mastering services
  • Artist development services
  • Music and entertainment events
  • Membership programs
  • Merchandise and artwork sales
  • Educational workshops and classes
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
2. Booking Policy
Studio bookings require payment in full or a deposit at the time of reservation.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
Studio Sessions
  • More than 72 hours before session: Full credit or rescheduling available.
  • 24-72 hours before session: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before session or no-show: No refund.
Events & Workshops
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by RB Sound House.
If an event is canceled, customers may receive either:
  • A full refund, or
  • Credit toward a future event.
4. Payments
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their original music and creative content.
RB Sound House retains ownership of:
  • Website content
  • Logos
  • Branding materials
  • Marketing materials
  • Studio documentation
Clients grant RB Sound House permission to use their name, likeness, and project information for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Conduct Policy
Guests must conduct themselves respectfully while on our premises.
We reserve the right to remove any person who:
  • Engages in unlawful activity
  • Harasses staff or guests
  • Damages property
  • Creates a safety concern
No refund will be issued for removal due to misconduct.
7. Limitation of Liability
RB Sound House shall not be liable for:
  • Lost profits
  • Lost recordings due to client error
  • Equipment failure beyond reasonable control
  • Personal injury resulting from misuse of facilities
  • Theft or loss of personal property
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Rockwall County, Texas.

Return & Refund Policy

Services
Due to the time-sensitive nature of studio services, mixing, mastering, artist development, and consulting services:
  • Completed services are non-refundable.
  • Partially completed services may be eligible for partial credit at management discretion.
  • Deposits for booked services are subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
Studio Bookings
Refund Eligibility
  • Canceled more than 72 hours before scheduled session: Full refund or account credit.
  • Canceled within 24-72 hours: 50% refund.
  • Canceled less than 24 hours before session: No refund.
Events & Tickets
All ticket sales are final unless:
  • The event is canceled by RB Sound House.
  • The event is materially rescheduled and the customer cannot attend.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Merchandise Returns
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Digital products
  • Downloadable content
  • Custom merchandise
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Artwork commissioned specifically for a customer
  • Completed creative services
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Chargeback Policy
Customers agree to contact RB Sound House before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.

We believe in not only helping artists visions come to life but also giving them a platform to share their music with the world! Which is why we also have what we call “The Black Light Room”: A social media content room, fitted with eye popping neon art, cool displays, and mics for artists to choose through for their videos to take the music they make and create one-of-kind videos for their social media pages. We also have an in-house artist who will paint your logo in blacklight paint for an added fee to personalize your content as much as possible. Whether you want a hanging mic, glow in the dark mic, gold plated mic, or old style radio show mic, we’ve got you covered!

Russo Binks

Russo Binks is the founder and creative force behind RB Sound House, bringing a life shaped by adversity, resilience, and raw honesty into everything he builds. Born in West Denver and raised amid crime and poverty, Russo refused to become a product of his environment. By a young age, he had witnessed traumatic events and devastating personal loss, experiences that ultimately led him down a difficult path with addiction before choosing sobriety and rebuilding his life with purpose.

Now nine years sober, Russo channels his past into music rooted in truth and emotional depth. What began as poetry became a lifeline and the foundation of his artistry. Though still emerging, he has already turned down record deals to remain independent, built a growing presence in Rockwall, Texas, and amassed a vault of unreleased music. Through RB Sound House, Russo is committed to creating a space where artists can transform their stories into art—proving that no matter where you start, it’s possible to rise, create, and inspire.
